Andrea did an absolutely amazing job. She was very kind and respectful, and went above and beyond to tell us about what she was doing and give us information to help us keep everything in good shape. Very happy with the work she did!
Sir Grout truly knows the definition of customer service. It started with Jason in the call center, Lily facilitating an expeditious estimate and Eric performing an absolute transformation of both bathrooms!!! I can't say enough about the service I received today and will recommend Sir Grout to others!! Pure excellence!!
Eric was professional, pleasant and did an amazing job resurfacing my vanity countertops…can't believe how the marble looks brand new! He even found another grout line that needed filling & took care of that too. I highly recommend Sir Grout!
