The whole process was well explained and professionally done across the board, from the initial consultation with Lilly to the actual cleaning completed by Collin and Dakoda. The tiles and grout were aged and yellowed in some places and, and both looked so much better after Sir Grout completed their work. I would definitely use them again in the future.
